The new Watercolor Words stamp set in the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog is so versatile, has so many applications, and is just fabulous! It is a photopolymer stamp set, meaning you can see right through the stamp and the clear block, making perfect placement a breeze.
Here, the word Hope is used in an elegant card with a light feel. The soft color scheme of Smoky Slate and Hello Honey conveys peace and serenity which is the perfect feel for a card about hope. This handmade card is perfect for someone going through a rough time, someone with a recent or long-standing diagnosis that is tough, or for someone that just needs to know that someone else believes in them and that they can make it through their difficult situation. It would even make a great sympathy
My handmade card is a complete case of Ronda Wade's card on Creative Corner. That is a subscription site with TONS of creative inspiration, and I highly recommend it!
I used Watercolor Wishes on another handmade card shared on this post. And again, I paired it with Timeless Elegance Designer Series Paper! Although Watercolor Wishes has a casual font, I keep pairing it with elegant elements to make it more formal:) I do love designs that have a bit of old and new, a bit of casual and dressy.
This handmade card is one that we made at a recent Private Card Class. If you would like to schedule a Private Card Class for you and your friends/family, contact me and let's set a date! It's a great way to have a girls night out and share creativity with friends! No prior experience required!
