Watercolor Words by Stampin’ Up! for Masculine and Feminine Cards

As we continue through the Stampin' Up! Retiring List period, I have a set of Watercolor Words cards for you today that use almost all the same supplies.  But one is a masculine birthday card while the other is for a girl.  Small changes make a big difference!

Watercolor Words is on my Top 20 List of Stampin' Up! Retiring Stamp Sets.  I really believe it's a must-have for your collection.  Its large words in a modern font make it a natural for youthful cards.  That modern font works equally well for masculine cards as well as feminine cards as shown here.  With the addition of a couple of basic shapes–flower, star, and leaf–you have all you need for basic card making for many occasions.

I featured this set of cards at my monthly Simply Cards class (full information is here).  We make 2 each of 3 designs.  This is one of the 3 designs even though the cards are slightly different.  Emerald Envy is one of our retiring In Colors.  Its bold, fresh, brightness makes it perfect for masculine cards, Christmas cards, and kids cards.

All Stampin' Up! supplies are listed below, and they are ALL retiring except for the Flirty Flamingo Card Stock and Ink and the Pearls.  Get them while you can as they are available while supplies last.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  All Stampin' Up! supplies are listed and linked to my online store below for your convenience.  As we are in the Retiring List period (until May 31), product availability is limited as retiring items are “as supplies last”. Shop today to avoid disappointment!
