Well, after completing a full week of posts on a theme, I thought I would try my hand at another week of themed posts–this time using the Stampin' Up! Retired List as my guide.
The Stampin' Up! Retired List has published, and many items have already sold out–they are only available while supplies last, including stamps. And can you believe tht ALL the wheels are retiring! Today, I'm sharing a handmade card featuring the Very Vintage wheel–my all time favorite wheel! It is so very versatile AND it's what I call a "forgiving" wheel. For me, that means I don't have to get it straight and it still looks great!
Retired Accessories list is here.
This is the card we made at my March Sip & Stamp. That is a free card-making event I host each month at the Garden Tea Lounge in the Craftiques Mall on NW Military Hwy. It's the 3rd Thursday of each month from 1-2 PM. We make a card, chat, and just enjoy a bit of creative respite in the middle of the week. So save the date and join us!
Another Stampin' Up! Retired List product in this handmade card is the Afternoon Picnic DSP. It is simply scrummy, and it's on sale this week! This card was very much inspired by a similar card created by the uber talented Kimberly Van Diepen. Wonder of wonders: I made a card with no Big Shot elements and no punches! We went old school on this one!
