I have really loved using Touches of Texture rubberstamp set in the new Stampin' Up! Catalog. There are 15 stamps to play with–so many creative toys! LOL! So far, I've been using deep, warm colors with the stamped images, inks, and papers. For this card, I wanted to go bright and summery, so I chose Melon Mambo and Crushed Curry with plenty of Whisper White and touches of Basic Black for boldness and contrast to offset those bright colors.
We made this card at my free monthly card class, Sip & Stamp. We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each and every month, 1-2 PM, at the Garden Tea Lounge which is in the back of Craftiques Mall on NW Military Hwy.
