The monthly fee for this club is $66 plus $9 priority shipping. No money is due now. I will send you an invoice on the 1st of each month (which must be paid in 48 hours) OR you may pay by check as long as I receive the check by the 1st of each month.
Packages will be shipped out/ready for porch pick up by the 15th of each month (any products in un-orderable status will be added to the next month once it becomes available).
