Star of Light-Stampin’ Up!

Star of Light-Stampin' Up!Star of Light stamp set caught my eye when I first saw the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog, and it was my first purchase.  This bundle (stamps and coordinating frame lit dies) does not disappoint!  While the framelit dies are really gorgeous, I appreciate that the Star of Light stamp set can easily stand alone.  There are so many FABULOUS words for Christmas projects plus great images–see below.

This super quick and easy Christmas card was featured at two of my card classes because I love it!  Emerald Envy, one of the new 2016-2018 In Colors, has been a favorite of mine during this holiday crafting season.  It's a bold, clear, cool green and goes beautifully with both Real Red and Cherry Cobbler.  It also looks gorgeous with both silver and gold.  That just about covers me for Christmas projects:)

The shimmer is not coming through in my photo, but I added white stars punched out with the Confetti Stars Punch and Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper for just a little touch of shimmer and sparkle.  Tiny details can make a big difference!  The stars are tiny, so you can easily use your scraps for this little touch.

Once again, Stampin' Up!'s coordinating products make it easy to make great looking projects in a snap.  Here, I used the Presents & Pinecones Designer Series Paper (on sale right now–regular price $11, sale price $7.70) and coordinating Presents & Pinecones Washi Tape (also on sale right now) plus Bakers Twine Trio Pack (also on sale right now–regular price $9, sale price $7.20)

Don't delay in getting some of these great sale items to add to your holiday crafting stash.  They are available while supplies last through January 3rd in my online store at candystamps.stampinup.net.  Thanks so very much for stopping by today! Star of Light-Stampin' Up!
