Star of Light by Stampin’ Up!-Inspirational Christmas Cards

When I first saw the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog, I knew that Star of Light would be one of my top picks and first purchases.  If you like to send inspirational Christmas cards aka religious themed Christmas cards, then this is the bundle for you.  It is packed with great words (for both the front and inside of the card), lovely fonts, and beautiful star images and coordinating framelits.  Truly, Jesus is the reason for the season–after all, we are celebrating His birthday!  And while I love all Christmas cards, inspirational Christmas cards are my absolute favorites and the ones I opt to send for my personal cards

For this quick and easy Christmas card, I chose a warm, rich color palette.  For star images, we often go with silver and navy blue or icy blue–which are cool colors.  But I wanted to go in a little different direction–looking for richness and warmth–so I went with Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip, Pool Party, and Bermuda Bay with just a touch of gold.

It seems I am never making a single card, thus I like quick and easy designs so I can make up lots and lots of them.  Christmas cards that are easy on my schedule and my wallet are right up my alley.
