Today, I'm sharing with you a handmade card that shouts, "Summer is here!" Stampin' Up! Sunflower stamp (a single, large stamp) is the epitome of summer! Sunflowers are an iconic image of summer, and Stampin' Up! Sunflower stamp has incredible detail, bringing sunflowers to our paper crafting projects with the beauty of nature.
This handmade card utilizes the popular Triple Time Technique. It's much easier than it looks and is all about the measurements. Here they are so you can make similar handmade cards.
- Card base: 4-1/4 x 5-1/2″
- First stamped piece: 4 x 5-1/4″
- Mat piece: 3-1/4 x 4-1/2″
- Second stamped piece: 3 x 4-1/4″
- Mat piece: 2-1/4 x 3-1/2″
- Final stamped piece: 2 x 3-1/4″
I have used Triple Time Technique quite a bit and will give you a design tip: it works best with large stamped images.

Ink: Soft Suede Classic Stampin' Pad
Paper: Soft Suede, Crushed Curry, Very Vanilla Card Stocks
