This technique is so fun and perfectly showcases pretty papers. Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper is my favorite SU product next to stamps. The papers are the BEST on the market and always get my creative juices flowing.
I created this soft, simple card design for my monthly Saturday Card Class in San Antonio. Once every month (usually on the last Saturday unless I have to bump due to holidays or travel), I have a card class at Tower City Church. It’s a great venue (my hubs just happens to be the pastor:) with plenty of space, and it’s right off Wurzbach Pkwy so it’s easy to access.

To make the Stack, Cut, and Shuffle you simply choose 3 coordinating patterns of Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Papers that are the same size (I used 5″ x 3-3/4″ here). Feed them into the Stampin’ Trimmer and slice at an angle. Take the remaining piece that is still in your left hand, rotate to another angle and slice again. Now put them together like a puzzle–it’s so fun and very cool!
Be sure to check out my monthly calendar of events at candystamps.stampinup.net to see when the next Saturday Card Class is, mark your calendar, RSVP, and join me for stamping fun! We are a friendly bunch with lots of regulars, and we love to welcome newcomers.
