Simply Zinnia!

Welcome to the March installment of Demonstrator Training Blog Hop where participating demonstrators from across the GLOBE join together to inspire YOU with amazing thank you cards.

You are at Candy Rattray, sweetstamper.com and the full list of participating blogs is listed and linked at the bottom of this post.

I chose elements of the new (online exclusives) zinnia suite for a simple yet snazzy thank you card. This was actually my first creation with Simply Zinnia stamp set and DSP–I strategically chose to focus on the stamps and save the coordinating dies for other projects.

Here are a few key things about today’s Simply Zinnia handmade card:

  • I love repeating patterns in my projects! I random stamped the zinnia image at top and bottom to repeat the image in the DSP (Designer Series Paper).
  • The gorgeous Adhesive-Backed Shiny Sequins are sold out until late April. What’s a stamper to do??!!! I think the Brass Butterflies make a lovely embellishment for this suite:)
  • By using 2 different patterns from the beautiful Flowering Zinnias DSP, I maximized the zinnia theme with very little effort. Translation: this is a quick and easy card, perfect for making multiples.

I demonstrated this zinnia card plus one other in my weekly Facebook Live a few weeks ago. Catch the replay here.
