I taught a Halloween Treats class in September and had so much fun making cute packaging for Halloween treats. I love taking a simple treat and making it special. Typically, I need to make quite a few of these, so they have to be quick and easy to make…and fun! Stress free, fun crafting!
This is often called a "sour cream packet" because a looooong time ago (maybe the 70s?), individual sour cream packets were shaped thus. They were a staple on baked potato bars and restaurants–little individual packets of sour cream, all sealed up to stay fresh. That is how the term originated…and then stuck! So I have made a sour cream packet with little treats inside:)

What are you doing for Halloween this year? I don't do spooky, but I do enjoy bringing joy to people. Halloween brings out the kid in all of us. Even if your kids are grown, if your grandkids don't live near, if you don't really have young children in your life any longer–I challenge you to make some cute Halloween treats. Then watch the smiles come! You can make someone's day and bring just a bit of sunshine to them:) Just do it!
