Perfect Pairings is a fabulous greetings stamp set, available FREE as a Stampin' Up! Sale-a-Bration 2016 option…through March 31st. There are lots of occasions covered with this rubberstamp set, and I love the font! I created this set of 4 handmade cards using our notecards (fantastic value at $6.00 for 20 notecards and envelopes!), Perfect Pairings, and Timeless Textures. I was going after a set of cards that I could use for the guys and the gals in my life, so I have a set that includes masculine cards–that elusive designation we often have trouble creating! Ha!
Notecards come in Whisper White and Crumb Cake. I use them both! But for this set I went with Crumb Cake as I had some Going Places DSP scraps. I love this DSP! As I said, I wanted a set of handmade cards that included both masculine cards and feminine cards. Going Places DSP has great modern designs that can be used in a TON of design scenarios. Did you know that the pages that look like city street maps are actual city street maps?!!! That's right–SU artists went to real maps to create these very modern DSP pages:)
I did add a few other bits and pieces to my notecard set–just some scraps put to good use. And I confined myself to just one of the 2014-2016 In Colors: Lost Lagoon. I will miss this color when it's gone!
