Papaya Collage is a great new rubber stamp set with great versatility! I chose Papaya Collage as my stamp set for a "set sampler swap" using new stamp sets in the brand new Stampin' Up! Catalog. That means I am making 5 different designs with this rubber stamp set and then swapping with 8 other stampers, also making 5 different designs with their stamp sets. Set samplers show the great versatility of a stamp set.
For this Papaya Collage handmade card, I employed a bit of a "shabby chic" design. I like shabby chic when it's strong on the chic and weak on the shabby! LOL What I mean is that I don't like shabby chic when it looks messy or like a bunch of stuff was just stuck on a handmade card.
To get the bird image right where I wanted it, I used my trusty Stamp a ma Jig. This fantastic rubber stamping tool, is just $11.95 and works like a champ for perfect placement everytime.
