Spring Corners Card Ideas

Today’s share is a card I created for Candy’s Card Club, February. Each month I select a stamp set and build EIGHT unique card designs and a useful package of Stampin’ Up! products to form a class by mail I run as a subscription. You can try us for a single month, but the best price ($42) is for club members. You can cancel at any time, so joining is your best option.
February kit has a special gift to surprise and delight–watch the video below to see the handmade “pokey tool” going in each package! Here are a few details of today’s card that may be of interest:
- Spring Corners is my featured bundle (new Online Exclusives), and there are several stamps in the set that are actual corners–so cute and super easy to line up
- Speaking of corners, that corner flower cut-out is a single die:)
- Frayed Ribbon adds important textural interest
- Tiny Bee Trinkets–gah! They are adorable! Truly tiny, they are shiny and just the right touch for so many projects.

Friendly Seagulls Card Idea

This card was a favorite during my online card class as well as during my Saturday Card Class in San Antonio on January 25th. The fresh colors and sassy girl seagull resonated with lots of people. Here are some things that make my Friendly Seagulls card work:
- Adding a little pink (Flirty Flamingo) to the seagull wings immediately transformed my bird into a girl.
- By adding a flower to the end of the french fries, they were transformed into flower stems.
- Lots of purple! By using a Petunia Pop card base (2024-2026 In Color), Fresh Freesia Ribbon, and Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins, I incorporated layers of various shades of purple.
- Keeping it simple so the cuteness is not overwhelmed with too many details.
All Stampin’ Up products are listed and linked below for your convenience. And there is a video demonstration, too! My video focuses on various free products you can earn thru Sale-a-Bration 2025.
If you are in the area, please join me for Saturday Card Class on February 8th. Click here to reserve your spot. Class is free with a minimum order!
