Well, after another lengthy period of not posting, I'm back to share a week of fresh samples and creative inspiration for you with handmade Christmas cards. They will be the cards we did at my August Christmas Card Stamp a Stack. What's a Stamp a Stack? It's a fun stamping session where we make a whole stack of handmade cards! This month, we did 12 handmade Christmas cards, 2 each of 6 designs–it was so much fun! So I have 6 days of fresh Christmas card inspiration for you!
I'm focusing at present on "easy mail" cards. That means the ones that need just a single postage stamp. No extra postage. When sending lots of cards–like for Christmas–that extra postage can really add up. So my focus is on "easy mail" as well as quick. Again, when sending LOTS of cards, they need to be quick–at least for me:) Please join me for future Christmas card classes!
As the new Holiday Catalog doesn't go live until September, we focused on creating handmade Christmas cards using stamps and supplies from the main catalog and/or the Holiday Carryover List. There are plenty of options there. Modern Mosaic rubberstamp set is such a versatile stamp set. Here, we went into holiday mode with it, using a traditional Christmas color scheme. This was a popular design at the class!
