Happy fall, y'all! It's late in the day, but I'm posting anyway because I'm beginning a 31-day blogging challenge. I used to blog daily and have been trying to get my groove back for a long time. I blog in spurts and then stop and then spurt again. So this challenge will help me get back into the groove and make blogging a part of my regular life…at least that is the plan:) Because I really love sharing with you here–I just get sidetracked with SO MANY other things!
Today's Merry Cafe fall card is a quick and easy card featuring this very fun photopolymer stamp set from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog which coordinates with the Coffee Cups Framelits from the main catalog.
Here's the stamp set. Isn't it cute?!! And such a great variety of words and images to give it versatility!!! The coordinating Coffee Cups framelits perfectly cut out the coffee cup.
Let me point out just a couple of things about my quick and easy fall card:
- I used Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper at the top of my card and love how it looks! Painted Autumn is one of 14 Designer Series Paper sets on sale this month: Buy 3 get 1 free. I love savings, and I have used the heck out of this DSP. Every single pattern is the set is gorgeous and useful!
- The little wooden bow–yes! I love the little Christmas Around the World Embellishments! There are 3 different wooden embellishments you get in the packet: nutcrackers which are definitely Christmas; bows as shown here which can be used for almost anything; and gifts which can be used for birthdays, Christmas, or any gift-giving occasion. I added just a touch of color to my wooden bow with a Cajun Craze Stampin' Write Marker. Quick, easy, cute, and done!!!
That's it for today. Please head to my online store and grab some Designer Series Paper while it's on sale (Oct. 1-31). Shop now! All 13 of the Designer Series Papers in the sale are shown here. I made a graphic for you:)
Love this card. Merry Cafe is such a great stamp set. I hear you about posting in spurts. Life does get in the way!
Thanks so much! Yes, I love Merry Cafe:) And 31 consecutive days of blogging…I have high hopes of developing a great habit!
