Mediterranean Achievers Blog Hop-Thankfulness

Mediterranean Achievers Blog Hop
Welcome to the LAST installment of the monthly Mediterranean Achievers Blog Hop!  I'm so glad you landed here and trust you are getting LOTS of creative inspiration as well as loving our theme of Thankfulness as you hop along with us.  We will keep providing you with global creative inspiration in monthly blog hops, but next month we will be called the Thailand Achievers Blog Hop as we Stampin' Up! trip achievers shift their trip focus:)

You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog – sweetstamper.com, or you may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup shown below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects. At the moment you are visiting sweetstamper.com.

Okay, onto today's card.  I must say, this is not a color combination I would have come up with on my own, but I love it!  It is derived from the really lovely Petals & Paisley DSP in the StamPaisleys & Posiespin' Up! Holiday Catalog.  Although the colors speak of fall, they are fresh and modern vs super earthy and dark–which is what we often see with autumnal designs.  I used the same color combination and suite of products here in a previous blog post.

My stamp set is the coordinating Paisleys & Posies.  There are so many images in this set!  But for me, the words alone are worth the price:)  There are 3 sentiments and they can be used all year.  The one I used here:  Thankful, Grateful, Blessed is timeless.  It's a sentiment (and a card!) that I can share with a host of people I know.

I am loving all the copper things we have in the Stampin' Up! annual catalog (copper thread and copper embossing powder) and now some new additions in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog, namely the Coper Foil Paper and Mini Pinecones, both used on my Thanksgiving card as well as the Copper Embossing Powder.  I can't get enough copper!

I think the Mini Pinecones are my absolute favorite embellishment in the Stampin' Up! Holid Mini Pinecones-Stampin' Up!ay Catalog.  And there's a lot to love in this catalog!  The Mini Pinecones are so gorgeous in their details and fine copper color, and I'm thinking they would make great jewelry.  Alas, that project will have to wait for another day as I'm writing this blog post while I'm watching my three grandchildren (ages 2-6).  My hands and heart are full:)  And I feel exactly what is stated on this card:  Thankful, Grateful, Blessed!  May that be freey expressed in my life:  in my thoughts, my words, my actions.

Thanks so very much for stopping by today.  I truly hope you are inspired in your creativity but also inspired to be thankful…and express it:)  Thanks for taking part in our blog hop. I hope you have enjoyed the many ideas from very creative demonstrators with a wide variety of styles and Stampin' Up! products used. Remember that currently you are at my blog – sweetstamper.com, so check the blog hop line up list to see who is next in the list.  I'm at or near the end!

  1. Fantastic card! The copper embossing is so lovely on the rich razzleberry and really pops on the tangerine tango! Great color combo for fall.
