It's Day 2 of my 31-day blogging challenge, and I have a Christmas card for you that features something I shared yesterday in a fall card. I wanted you to see the little wooden nutcracker from the Christmas Around the World Embellishments. For my fall card yesterday, I added some ink to the wooden bow. For today's handmade Christmas card, I left the wood raw for a natural, old-fashioned look. Here, my little wooden nutcracker looks like a wooden toy from a bygone era.
Labels to Love is a versatile stamp set in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog with a coordinating punch–the brand new Everyday Label Punch. Here's a pic as I want you to see all the cute greetings.
I don't have a lot to say today (gasp!), but I did want to point out that the Christmas Around the World Embellishments are actually part of a suite of products that coordinate and include the Christmas Around the World Designer Series Paper which I also used. That DSP is in the sale this month (Buy 3, Get 1 Free).
Although I did not initially warm to this particular DSP, once I started using it I fell in love. That is so often the way it is with crafting supplies. Once you get your hands on them, your initial opinion changes!
Once again, I'm highlighting the Designer Series Paper in this month's Stampin' Up! sale–because I think it's a great deal worth sharing with you. The DSP Sale is Buy 3, Get 1 Free on select papers.
Here's the pic with all the papers shown for your convenience. In addition, I've listed and linked below all the supplies I used in this card. Head to my online store and get some now!
