Just Add Text rubberstamps is one of the fabulous new greetings stamp sets in the 2017/2018 annual Stampin' Up! catalog, and I'm featuring it for today's Saturday Sample. I'm also featuring one of the new In Colors–Tranquil Tide–in a bright, cheery, summery color scheme.
This is a quick and easy card: easy on your time, your supplies, and your wallet! But it still has that lovely, unique hand-stamped look as well as a very trendy paint splotch main image. I like this stamp a lot, but I didn't want to fussy cut it! So I just cut a piece of Whisper White card stock and stamped in the center. It's my lazy approach:)
There is just a tiny bit of Big Shot work on my handmade card–I ran the Calypso Coral card stock through with the Seaside Embossing Folder. That adds some great touchable texture along with my doily and mini chevron ribbon. My handmade card still mails for a single stamp and is a great, meaningful way to say thanks.
