I created the 2 cards here on my weekly Teach Me Tuesday Facebook Live (2PM CT @ facebook.com/sweetstamper). The Balmy Blue card uses just the Arctic Bear stamp set while I brought in the Arctic Bear dies in the second card.
On the first card I used the Wonderful Snowflakes as a stencil while I used Peaceful Place Designer Series Paper for a background. I like them both, but they are definitely different looks.
