Fun Fold Valentine with Heartfelt Bundle

Fun fold cards have a way of bringing smiles–they're just fun to open!  I think the unexpected folds are what bring such delight.  Add in some pretty paper and stamping and you have a winner:)  My fun fold Valentine is actually very quick and easy to make.  Heartfelt Bundle and From My Heart DSP are the two main items that make this design come together so nicely.

This is one of the designs from my Saturday Card Club in January.  This is the last Valentine project I'll be bringing you as we are just days away from the official day when we celebrate love.  You can still make some fun fold Valentines using my measurements.  Just sub out for whatever DSP and stamps you have on hand.

I demonstrated this card in a Facebook Live and promised the measurements, so here they are:

  • Pool Party Cardstock:  5-1/2" x 7-1/4" scored at 3", 3-3/4" x 1-1/4" scored at 1"
  • Whisper White Cardstock:  5-1/4" x 2-3/8", 3" x 3"
  • DSP:  Small hearts pattern, 5-1/4" x 1-1/2"; pale pink pattern, 5-1/4" x 2-3/4"; striped pattern, 2-1/2" x 1"; a pink and a red foil scalloped foil heart

Once again, I'm using From the Heart Suite of products from Stampin' Up! Mini Catalog for super easy coordination.  Although the color palette is Real Red, Flirty Flamingo, and Whisper White, I added in Pool Party for some welcome coolness to the intense colors.

By finishing off the inside of the arm, I brought another layer of unexpected delight:)
