In the midst of so many Holiday Mini Catalog shares and so much info about my upcoming stamp camp on my blog of late, I thought I would take a detour today and catch some Field Flowers (122760 wood mount, 122762 clear mount). This great set from the Idea Book & Catalog is a natural–no pun intended:)–for beautiful handmade cards.
I received this card, made by Cathy Somody, as part of a swap, and I love the way Cathy used the Hello Doily stamp (122845) in the background and the Field Flowers in the foreground. The neutral color palette makes this handmade card extra versatile and appropriate at any time of year.
