Fabulous Florets

This is one of the cards we made in my handmade card clubs this month using the Fabulous Florets stamp set with a Concord Crush and Pear Pizzazz color scheme.  It's a larger card thConcord Crush Fabulous Floretsan my usual A2 card and fits our medium square envelopes (107289).  I find that this size card, 5-1/4" square finished size, is great for extra-special cards.  The larger size and square shape is more luxurious, and for those of us that are Chatty Cathys and need lots of room to write, it's perfect!

This handmade card uses the Rock and Roll Technique to produce the lovely zinnia with its mixed colors.  That's the way many flowers are in nature, and this cool rubber stamping technique allows us to produce that same loveliness with some stamps, ink, and cardstock.  It's a great technique for beginners and veterans alike.

Join me for one of my card making hostess clubs.  You get to learn cool techniques like this, make gorgeous cards Concord Crush Floret Close Up(2 at every meeting plus a 3D item, all free of charge), make new stamping friends, get free catalogs, AND earn hostess benefits!  Full details are here, and I have room for you.  I can't wait to stamp with you!
