There is so much to love about Cookie Cutter Halloween by Stampin' Up! I have had a blast using this stamp set, and it actually has life long beyond Halloween. In fact, I think that the scarecrow image is my favorite of all the little people:)
Today's share is a sweet card to share with someone sweet:) I think that the Layering Circle Framelit Dies–which I used for the greeting–looks a bit like a sugar cookie. In my mind, that adds to the sweetness of the card, and there are no calories at all! LOL! You can see some other posts featuring Cookie Cutter Halloween: a Halloween treat here and another cute scarecrow here!
I have loved using the Petals & Paisleys DSP. The color scheme is positively scrummy for fall. And that is where I derived the color scheme for this cute and sassy fall card.
I went with Blender pens to color my scarecrow in soft hues. So Saffron is the perfect color for straw IMHO. Little extra touches can make a big difference, so I went with the little Metallic Enamel Shapes–the gold heart–as the perfect little bit of shine for my girly scarecrow:) And did you notice that my Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog favorite (Pumpkin Pie Glimmer Paper) makes an appearance???!!!
