Color Me Happy rubberstamps and coordinating Color Me Happy project kit are super fun to work with as well as being great value. I have a Stampin' Blends Online Club, and this is one of the projects my club members made.
The Color Me Happy rubberstamp set and project kit (available as a bundle with 10% savings) were specially designed to help us learn to use Stampin' Blends, the brand new line of alcohol markers by Stampin' Up! Personally, I have never had art lessons and can't watercolor or shade or do anything fancy like that. Stampin' Blends take this rank amateur and make my projects look really good!
My Color Me Happy card is actually what is often called an "alternative project." That's because my card is different than the one Stampin' Up! designed. I only altered it slightly, but I wanted to show off 2 "techniques" using the Blends:
- Coloring on DSP (Designer Series Paper)
- Coloring rhinestones or other non-porous embellishments
These are simple things that can help you customize your projects and really make them pop.
Want to join my Online Club featuring the Stampin' Blends and learn new ways to use them each month? It lasts just 3 months, and you can still get in on it. Click here for full information.
