Christmas Pines Bundle-Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog

Today, I'm showcasing one of my talented team members–Susan Jones–and her take on the Christmas Pines Bundle in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog.  My Quarterly Training Event was October 1, and Susan designed two projects for us.  I'll show you the second one in a few days.

This card features the Presents & Pinecones Designer Series Paper.  That is one of 8 DSP's on sale this month:  buy 3, get 1 free.  I am loving the new Emerald Envy (part of the 2016-2017 In Colors) for Christmas projects.  It's a strong, clear, bold green that is perfect for Christmas.  Presents & Pinecones combines Emerald Envy with Cherry Cobbler and Mint Macaron, and that is where Susan derived her color scheme.

Christmas Pines Bundle-Stampin' Up!

Susan always pays LOTS of attention to detail.  The little touches in this card make it a real winner.  The little die cut bow and strip, both cut from the Silver Glimmer Paper, give just the right amount of sparkle and shine.  I love repeating elements in design.  Susan hits that out of the park with the Pines Embossing Folder, die cut pine boughs, and then the Presents & Pinecones DSP.  That brings cohesiveness and beauty to this card.  Plus, look at all that touchable texture!

BTW:  The Presents & Pinecones DSP is on sale this month!  It's one of several in a Buy 3, Get 1 Free October special. Check out all the choices here.

And shop here for awesome savings on DSP!

All the Stampin' Up! products used on Susan's beautiful Christmas card are listed and linked below for your convenience.  I hope you are inspired to make your own handmade Christmas cards this year.  That's how I started stamping:  making my Christmas cards.  It did turn into something so much more for me:)  A beautiful way of life–stamping for every occasion as well as the every day–meaningful work with a sizable income, special friends I would not have met outside of this amazing hobby, free trips, a flexible schedule, and so much more.  I wouldn't trade one minute of it!  Thanks so much for stopping by today:)
