Bloom & Grow in Spring Colors

Bloom & GrowAAfter sharing all Sale-a-Bration and Mini Catalog projects last week, I thought to kick off this week with a handmade card featuring Bloom & Grow Bundle using all annual catalog products.  This beautiful bundle is versatile with flower images that can be colored according to the season and some great sentiments.

Let me point out a few things about my card:

  1. My color scheme highlights one of this year's In Colors–Rococo Rose–teamed up Mint Macaron and So Saffron for a soft, springy color palette.
  2. Look at the mix of print and script fonts in my sentient!  I love what it says as well as the way it looks:)
  3. The subtle patterns in the 6 x 6 DSP patterns (available in every single Stampin' Up! color collection) is a perfect backdrop when you want your focal point to really stand out.  For my card, I used the Subtles Collection.

Although there are some seasonal items in the annual catalog (aka the big book:), it's primarily filled with things you will use all year.  I think of them as workhorse products–those things we use all year, no matter the season.  Every single product in today's card is in the annual catalog.

If you do not have your own copy of the annual catalog, contact me today and we will talk about the best way to get one into your hands asap!
