Blackberry Bliss!

Blackberry Bliss!

The 2014-2016 In Colors are positively scrummy!  My very favorite is Hello Honey, but running a VERY close second is Blackberry Bliss!  It's very lush.  And as shown on the project below, you can get so many lovely shades out of this one ink color.  Blackberry Cobbler is also one of my very favorite summer/autumn desserts, so how can I go wrong using a color called Blackberry Bliss?!!!  Bliss, indeed!

This is one of the 3 projects we made in my Stamp Club this month.  My stamp club offers an optional monthly meeting–essentially a free class.  I say it's optional because if you can't make it, it's okay.  You still place your monthly order and remain a part of club.  You get 3 monthly meeting times from which to choose, making it easy for your schedule. And the minimum monthly order to be a member (for 8 months) is $20.  So it's super affordable.  And the favorite perk of Stamp Club membership is the minimum $25 in free hostess dollars you receive one month during your membership!  You can spend those on anything at all in the Stampin' Up! Catalog–and they are also the only currency with which to purchase the awesome Hostess Stamp Sets (pgs. 237-240).

Blackberry Bliss

I love the way Everything Eleanor and Gorgeous Grunge rubberstamp sets, combine to give a very artsy feel to this handmade card.  I had several stamp club members exclaim, "It looks like something you would buy in a museum of art store!"  Although it has a very artsy look, it comes together quickly and is just plain fun to make:)  All the purple ink is blackberry bliss.  The different shades are achieved by continuing to stamp without re-inking.  I like it!  The supply list is also very short and it mails for a single stamp!  You're welcome!
