Banners for Christmas-Thailand Achievers Blog Hop

Thailand Achievers Blog Hop
Welcome to my spot on the Thailand Achievers Blog Hop where our theme is nature.  Our aim in this blog hop is to inspire you by cards and projects featuring nature.  Although we are an international group, nature and its beauty are truly global.  I chose to share a Christmas card with the iconic image of mistletoe–which grows prolifically here in South Texas. Banners for Christmas-Stampin' Up!

I love, love, love the Banners for Christmas stamp set in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog with its many words that fit into various sized banners as well as two large, beautiful, classic Christmas images:  mistletoe and a candy cane.  I already have the Banners bundle (from the main Stampin' Up! catalog which means I already have the framelits).  I love the amount of product "crossover" in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog which increases the amount of products that work together and saves me money:)

This quick and easy card takes a very traditional Christmas image–mistletoe–and adds some modern flair with my gray and green color scheme of Smoky Slate and Emerald Envy.  I'm officially in love with Emerald Envy:)  If you have a lot of Christmas cards to make or hold Christmas card classes, this is a great card for you!

All the Stampin' Up! supplies are listed and linked below for your convenience.  Now, hop on along to the next person on the Thailand Achievers Blog Hop and be absolutely spoiled with creative paper crafting inspiration

  1. I had absolutely *NO* idea that mistletoe grew in the south of Texas. So glad I stopped by to see your gorgeous creation. And get a bit of an education while I was here! 🙂 Love the card. Love how you’ve paired Emerald and Smokey Slate. And looking forward to seeing you in Thailand. Have a terrific upcoming weekend and God Bless, ~Cynthia <><
