Anniversary Card-You're So Sweet Bundle

Anniversary Card-You’re So Sweet Bundle

Some very dear friends of our recently celebrated their Golden Anniversary.  What a milestone!  I wanted to make a suitable anniversary card for the occasion, and this is what I came up with.  Once again I turned to the You're So Sweet Bundle, but just to decorate the envelope and create the heart.  The only stamping on the anniversary card itself is from the classic Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set.  This is a quick and easy card, for sure, made special with quality products with plenty of shine and pizzazz!  I love giving a card I'm proud of…and when someone knows you love them enough to make the card for them as well as write your heartfelt sentiments within, well, its just pretty darn special:)

Anniversary CardHonestly, this is just a bit of punching, die-cutting, and assembling.  But it looks rather grand, I think:)

Please note that the heart is actually made with the Mini Treat Bag Framelits.  That heart is a bit larger than the Sweetheart Punch, and I wanted a large heart to be the main focal point of my anniversary card.  I also think that the Metallic Foil Doilies are a must-have item for any crafter.  They are dreamy to use and add so much shine and style to just about anything!  Use the whole doily as I did here or just a piece of one.  They come in a package of 24 with 2 sizes and both gold and silver.

The Stampin' Up! supply list is below.  Simply click on any of the photos to get a better look at the products used and/or to browse/buy from my online store.  I always list both the wood mount and clear mount stamps so you can find them readily.  And for this project, I listed the You're So Sweet Bundle as I used both the stamp set and the frame lit dies–although I only used the heart.  Thanks for stopping by today!
