Anniversary Card-Butterflies Thinlits

As I shared on my last post, dear friends were celebrating their Golden Anniversary.  I needed to make 2 cards for the occasion, one from my husband and me as well as one from our church (Tower City Church) where my husband is the pastor.  So I needed to make an anniversary card times 2–but different designs.

Anniversary CardThis anniversary card has lots of glamour and is almost a total CASE of a very similar card made by Southern Sweet Stampers Demonstrators team member Jeanne Cook.  So the design came together in mere minutes!  Honestly, it's a quick and easy card, once again made special by fabulous products.  I liked this card so much we made it in my stamp club this month–and I set out the greetings so that people could use whatever greeting that best suited their card-giving needs.  I did switch out the embossing folder for club to the Hexagon one–seemed more versatile with any sentiment they wanted to use.  The Happy Hearts Embossing Folder I used here was purely because it is an anniversary card.

The Stampin' Up! supply list is below.  Simply click on any of the photos to get a better look at the products used and/or to browse/buy from my online store.  I always list both the wood mount and clear mount stamps so you can find them readily.  And for this project, I listed the Perfect Pennants as I used  the stamp set to decorate the envelope.  Thanks for stopping by today!
