Stampin’ Up! Valentine Treat Bag

I promised you in yesterday's post I would show you why I had leftover Red Glimmer Paper hearts, so here it is: the Stampin' Up! Valentine Treat Bag I created to share with my rubberstamp club in San Antonio members.  We make a 3D item each month, and January is the perfect time to start planning to share some treats for Valentines Day.  Spreading love is easy with my Stampin' Up! Valentine treat holder!  I put individual packages of Conversation Hearts in my treat bag, but it many, many treats fit inside this bag.  So choose what you want to share, tuck in, and give away to spread some love:)Stampin' Up! One of my favorite dies is the Stampin' Up! Mini Treat Bag Thinlit Dies.  In addition to making a fabulous treat bag—in the original size or the skinny size–it has lots of little extras to create windows and/or little extra embellishments for your treat bags.  Of course, the versatility of Stampin' Up! dies with the Big Shot is such that you can use those little extras to create embellishments and elements for your cards, scrapbook pages, and other paper crafting projects, too.  I love versatility and value, and Stampin' Up! Mini Treat Bag Thinlit Dies delivers both!  See the little Red Glimmer Hearts banner I made?  Well, there were 7 little Red Glimmer Hearts left over from this project, so I put them to work on some other Valentine projects:)

I wanted just a bit of glimmer and shine–but not too much. The Red Glimmer Paper and 3/8" Metallic Ribbon (one of the FREE Sale-a-Bration reward choices) were just right.

To create the Stampin' Up! Valentine treat bag shown here, you need 1-1/2 pieces of the Sending Love DSP stack.  With 48 sheets in that stack, you can make a lot of Stampin' Up! Valentine Treat Bags.  Prepare to share love…and lots of it!

All Stampin' Up! supplies used in my project are listed and linked below for your convenience.  Simply click to see more information and/or order today.  Thanks so much for stopping by!
